This town square can be found in the charming confines of the lovingly rehabbed award-wining, historic Clark/Peterson building, complete with streetlamps, benches and even a fountain. The space is a genuine public market - where local artisans, farmers and other merchants hawk their wares on the market floor. MENU: Scoop and Soft-serve fresh-made organic ice creams, hand-made waffle cones and a selection of heavenly toppings. We also serve up the best espresso and coffee in the area... fair-trade and locally roasted... cappuccinos, frappuccinos, lattes, protein drinks, yerba mate, teas, chai, great sodas, malts, sundaes, and float. If you're hungry we have steamed hot dogs, a local, all-organic pizza, rice & beans soulfood stews, and other daily specials made from scratch by our chefs! And to quench your thirst, Oz stocks a fabulous selection of beverages including micro-brewed beers and local wines. Ya, let's party!

At Oz we strive to be carbon neutral, green, clean and pristine. We offset most of our carbon generation with acres of virgin forest on the Sebion farmstead; we use only bio-compostable to-go-ware made from renewables like sugarcane and corn; Sibby's hopes to be run 100% on renewable energy in the near future.
