This big apartment is located in Mei-lin garden .It is adjacent to the west Third Ring Road, 10minutes by car to The National Stadium (The Bird Nest) and other Olympics facilities（baseball,basketball,volleyball,etc）, 35 minutes drive from the Beijing International Airport.
The apartment is well-known for its security measures ranging from 24h security guards patrol and closed-circuit TV monitor..
The apartment is of traditional Chinese architecture design, with one big living room surrounded by 2 bedrooms, 2 dependent bathrooms, 1 dependent kitchen, a dining room and two balconies, the rooms are scientifically located to make sure of all-day long sunlight for every room.
The apartment covers an area of 125square meters , which is rarely big in Beijing and perhaps ideal for a family or group of up to 4-5people. The apartment is very well decorated with wood floorboard and wide top-to-bottom big windows in the living room.
